JM: Did you have regular access to telephones?
Todd: yes as long as you had someone paying high
prices to this company called global tel link
that was the only way you could use the phone
which when alot of people go to jail they dont
have people to accept the calls
JM: What types of charges applied for calling people?
Todd: well when i was in county jail it was three
dollars per call for 15 minutes and in prison it
was like 6to 10 dollars per call
JM: Did you need to buy phone cards to call out?
Todd: no
JM: Did the jail screen your calls?
Todd: yes they record all phone conversations
